You work hard to provide.
Time is the one resource none of us can manufacture —
and once it’s gone, we cannot get it back.
Watch this short message and consider what may be possible long term.
You already work hard.
We know you love your children.
Now we just need out time and our bank accounts to align with our hearts.
The struggle of my life has been having time and no money
or money and no time.
We need to have time and money at the same time!
In 2018, I wasn’t looking to start a business.
I was assistant principal of a performing arts high school in Los Angeles.
I thought I would work in education forever.
A friend called me and told me I could earn commissions
booking my own travel.
That’s all it was at first.
I said yes because that made sense.
Then I saw the bigger picture, and I started building a business from home.
When the pandemic hit, I was able to be at home with my grandson.
I wasn’t choosing between income and safety.
Now I have four grandbabies, and I get to spend the time with them.
But here’s the regret that I struggle to get over:
I wish I would have had this when my kids were little,
instead of working long hours teaching,
tutoring after school, and working summer school
every summer to make extra money.
I can’t go back and redo those years.
But I can make different decisions now.
And I can help others learn from my mistakes
and make better choices now.
That is why I started the Don't Screw Up Your Kids Podcast,
and that is why I am sharing this information with you today.
